Cook the Book: Sababa
Sababa was one of the most exciting releases of 2019! Adeena Sussman, acclaimed chef and cookbook author, shares dishes in Sababa that are inspired by the bustling stalls of her local market – the Shuk Hacarmel – and the local Israeli food culture that surrounds her at home in Tel Aviv. The recipes of her cookbook will bring the bright flavors of Israel cuisine into your kitchen, while teaching you to use Israeli staples like tahini, sumac, silan (date syrup), harissa, and za’atar.
