Bagel Making Workshop 2019

We all know that Saint-Viateur and Fairmount make the best bagels in the city but did you know that you can easily make them too?!

We learned how to make Montreal style bagels that rivaled any bagel shop in the city. We gave a low down on the history of this iconic Montreal treat and then made some together. We also made flavoured cream cheese to schmear on the freshly made bagels!
