We all know that St-Viateur and Fairmount make the best bagels in the city but did you know that you can easily make them too?! With some minimal pantry ingredients, you can make your very own bagels in your very own kitchen. And we’ll show you how.

This FREE virtual workshop will include a demo of our bagel recipe that was featured in the cookbook, Feast: Recipes and Stories from a Canadian Road Trip written by Lindsay Anderson and Dana VanVeller (published by Appetite by Random House), and a brief history of the iconic Montreal bagel. We can’t think of a better way to spend your Saturday afternoon while social distancing!
