Ingredients
Hot Chocolate Mix
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
Pinch of kosher salt
Hot Chocolate
3 tbsp hot chocolate mix
1 cup milk of choice
1/2 tsp rosewater
directions
Hot Chocolate Mix: Mix cocoa powder, white sugar, ground cardamom and salt in a bowl and stir to combine all the ingredients.
Cup of Hot Chocolate: In a small pot, whisk together the dry hot chocolate mix and about half of the milk. Place over medium-low heat until the hot chocolate mixture is dissolved. Whisk in the rest of the milk and heat it over medium heat, whisking occasionally, until it comes to a simmer. Stir in the rose water and enjoy!
