The Wandering Chew hosted a hands-on cooking workshop during which participants got to learn how to make Iraqi-Jewish delicacies!
The cuisine of the Iraqi-Jewish community is one full of fragrant spices and a variety of culinary influences. During the workshop, we taught participants how to make two of our favourite Iraqi-Jewish dishes, curried chickpea filled sambusak served with amba, along with cardamom and rose perfumed massafan cookies.
