Latke Making Workshop

We love a classic potato latke and look forward to them every year as Hanukkah rolls around, but we also like to fill our holiday table with non-traditional latkes. We learned how to make latkes using sweet potatoes, cauliflower and other vegetables that added something new to our holiday tables.

This was a hands on workshop during which we cooked together and then sat down to enjoy everything we made.
