Rosh Hashanah Challah Workshop
The Wandering Chew hosted an intimate hands-on challah-making workshop just in time for Rosh Hashanah!
This workshop taught participants how to make a basic challah dough that we flavoured with local apples and honey for the holiday season. We taught everyone how to make both a classic braided loaf and a round loaf which is traditionally eaten during Rosh Hashanah to celebrate the new year.
Everyone went home with the challah loaf they made, as well as the recipe to make this challah in their very own kitchen.
