Virtual Brazilian Jewish Cooking Workshop

We hosted a Virtual Brazilian Jewish cooking workshop on October 25th, 2020!

We were joined by special guest Mauricio Schuartz, who joined us from São Paulo, to share his bubbe Clara’s special honey cake. This recipe took the familiar Ashkenazi honey cake and added in yerba mate and Brazil nuts for a uniquely South American take.

We hosted this event in partnership with the Museum of Jewish Montreal!
