We hosted a Virtual Iranian Jewish cooking class on November 22nd, 2020!
We were joined by Tannaz Sassooni who taught us how to make the ultimate Iranian Jewish Shabbat dinner: gondi nokhodchi (chickpea and chicken meatballs), flavoured with cardamom and turmeric, and served with chicken broth, tahdig, and sabzi khordan (a platter of fresh herbs, scallions, and radishes).
We hosted this event in partnership with the Museum of Jewish Montreal.
